Compare before and after text
Look for changed dates and times, numeric requirements, line items, clause references, delivery terms, and submission instructions. For every detected change, return to the cited source page rather than relying on a generated conclusion.
Watch for changes outside the main PDF
A PDF-to-PDF comparison cannot prove that every changed attachment or portal instruction has been captured. Review the complete opportunity record and its attachments.
